Acuity is dedicated to providing it's clients with cost effective and appropriate support plans. Every customer is different in size and business type and therefore will often need a support plan tailored to their specific needs. So before offering it's clients any support options we will do a full audit of their IT infrastructure and then sit with the customer to go over their IT strategy going forward.


From our NOC (Network Operations Centre) we can monitor our clients computers and networks which helps us pre-empt any major problems coming down the line. With a sophisticated trouble ticket system in place customers can log a fault by sending a mail to which will immediately send them a response with a ticket number. Or they can call our 9.00am to 5.30pm, Mon - Fri, Support Line - 076 60 20 130.

Remote Control

Using leading edge remote control software Acuity engineers can log on to your PCs or Servers within a few minutes and start trouble-shooting your problems. The client has the option to monitor work at all times and cease the remote control at any stage. The privacy and security of a customers data is paramount and a non disclosure agreement is signed before the commencement of any support contract.
